I've used MovieSlate on my iPad for years and now want to run the full Pro version on my Mac, but I can't figure out how to sign in to / enable the Pro features. How do I do it?

You restore your Pro Features on the Mac the same way you would on iOS. In the Mac version of MovieSlate:

  1. Go to Settings > MovieSlate Store.
  2. In the Restore Purchases section at the top, tap the blue Restore button.

The Mac App Store may ask for your Apple ID credentials before contacting Apple's receipt servers to enable your Pro Features. You should then see several confirmation messages — at least one confirming that Pro Features is enabled — and under Settings > Tabs you'll be able to see the Sound Dept (and other Pro tabs) listed.
Note that MovieSlate runs on Apple Silicon Macs (M-series), not Intel-based Macs. Be sure you're signed in to the Mac with the same Apple ID you used for your original purchase.
