I emailed my reports to my editors and they can't open them. What setting do I need to change so they get files they can open?

This usually happens because MovieSlate is zipping your reports before emailing them, and the recipient either can't unzip the attachment or doesn't realize they need to. The fix is to turn off zip compression so the reports go out as plain PDF files:

1. Tap Settings > History Reports.
2. Turn off the Zip Compress Files option.
