I upgraded to a new iPhone or iPad and my Pro Features are gone. Or my subscription isn't up for renewal yet but my features have disappeared. How do I get them back?
In most cases, Pro Features can be restored in seconds using MovieSlate's built-in Restore Purchases function: - Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID you used when you originally purchased MovieSlate or subscribed to Pro Features. If you use more than one Apple ID, the correct one must be active in Settings (iOS) > App Store.
- Open MovieSlate and go to Settings > MovieSlate Store.
- In the Restore Purchases section at the top, tap the blue Restore button.
- The App Store may prompt for your Apple ID credentials, then contacts Apple's receipt servers. After a moment you should see a confirmation that Pro Features have been activated.
If you are on a set with poor cellular or Wi-Fi coverage, the restore request may time out — try again once you have a stronger signal. If restoring doesn't resolve the issue, restart your iPhone or iPad, reopen MovieSlate, and try the Restore button again. |
