I can't reset my MovieSlate Cloud password — the reset email isn't arriving, the security questions aren't working, or the reset link isn't opening. Help!

MovieSlate Cloud passwords are stored securely and cannot be retrieved by support — but there are several ways to get back into your account.
If the reset email isn't arriving:

• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Make sure you're using the exact email address registered to your account.
• Some corporate mail servers block automated emails — try a personal address if possible.

• Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser. In Safari, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > JavaScript and make sure it's toggled on.
• Try opening the link in a different browser.
