I take photos linked to individual takes, but no matter how I export Facing Pages or Editor's Log reports, the photos are never included. How do I get them to appear?

Image notes aren't shown by default — you control them in the report settings. Go to Settings > Script Dept, and in each of the Facing Pages and Editor's Log sections find Include Note Images.
You can choose to:

• Not include images at all,
• Include small or medium thumbnails inline, or
• Include larger images grouped at the end of the report.
