When I tap the timecode display and open the SYNC menu, the only option I see is to sync to a song (play a song). All the other sync choices for hardware timecode are missing. How do I get them back?

If the SYNC menu only offers the Sync to a Song (play a song) option and the hardware timecode sync choices are missing, it almost always means Pro Features are not currently enabled on that device. Hardware and wireless timecode sync are Pro Features, so the extra SYNC options only appear once Pro Features are active.
To restore them:

  1. Tap Settings > MovieSlate Store.
  2. In the Restore Purchases section at the top, tap the blue Restore button.
  3. Wait for the process to finish. You should see one or more messages, including one confirming that Pro Features have been activated.

Once Pro Features are active, tap the timecode display again and the full set of SYNC options will be available in the menu.
If the SYNC options still don't appear after restoring, confirm your Pro Features (or Script Dept) subscription or purchase is active by opening the App Store app, tapping your account avatar, and checking the Subscriptions section for any billing issues.
