I'm running MovieSlate and Scriptation side by side on my iPad. I can copy a PDF annotation in Scriptation, but it won't paste into MovieSlate. I'm sure this used to work — what's going on?

This is a limitation on the Scriptation side, not a MovieSlate bug. Copying PDF annotations between apps relies on the iOS global clipboard, and the app you copy from has to support placing the annotation on that clipboard.
In testing, the direction of the copy matters:

• Annotations copied from MovieSlate can be pasted into other PDF apps (for example, Scriptation and the free PDF Viewer app).
• Annotations copied from Scriptation will not paste into MovieSlate — and they also won't paste into the PDF Viewer app.

• If you're trying to move typed text notes (not PDF markup), copy and paste works normally between MovieSlate and almost any iOS app.
• If you need PDF annotations to carry over, the reliable direction is MovieSlate ? the other app.
