Is there a clapperboard-style case available for my iPad (for example, an iPad mini 4)?

Unfortunately, as far as we're aware there are no manufacturers still selling clapperboard cases for iPads. The best-known product was the cLAPiT case. Back in 2015–2016 a version was expected that would support newer iPads such as the iPad mini 4, but the company doesn't appear to have lasted long enough to release it.
You may still have luck finding a used clapperboard case on the second-hand market — eBay is a good place to look. Just be sure to confirm that the case fits your specific iPad model before purchasing, since these cases were designed around the exact dimensions of particular iPads.
