Q. I have my wired timecode cabling set up correctly, and under the timecode test I can see a strong incoming signal. But when I go back to the slate, the app's timecode still isn't matching my generator. What am I missing?

Q. Two of us are co-logging on separate iPads using App-to-App sync. We both saw the "Choose Remote Control" option, and our shots aren't advancing the way they did before. Who is supposed to pick whom, and what controls this?

Q. I was having trouble with MovieSlate — my tabs were missing or it said my purchase wasn't approved — so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now all my projects and history are gone. Is there any way to get my data back?

Q. I have an older iPad running iOS 15 that I still use on set, and a newer iPad Pro I'm keeping up to date. I'm worried that the next MovieSlate update will drop support for iOS 15 and break it on my older device. How do I protect my older iPad?
