Can I import a CSV (or metadata) from my sound recorder into MovieSlate to build a Sound Report, and how do I do the import?

MovieSlate can import CSV sound reports that use the Sound Devices Deva format. Recorders that export in that same format (or a close variation) can generally be imported; some other formats are not yet supported. If you're unsure whether your recorder's CSV will work, send a sample CSV to support and we can test it and give you a definitive answer.
To import a CSV:

1. Open the CSV attachment in the Mail app.
2. Tap the action/share button.
3. Choose Open with MovieSlate (you may need to tap More to find the MovieSlate option).
