Here's how to share one:
Important: Use the full Backup for this, not the Send Shared Data option. To debug an issue, the team often needs to compare complete data sets (for example, your backup and another collaborator's), and only a full backup contains everything they need. If you don't see a support group listed in the Share with Groups menu, let the support team know and they can set one up for your account. |
