Support asked me to send a backup of my data so they can debug an issue. How do I share a full MovieSlate Cloud backup with the PureBlend support team?

When the support team needs to investigate a problem with your data, they'll usually ask for a full MovieSlate Cloud backup. Here's how to share one:

     
  1. Go to Settings > MovieSlate Cloud.
  2.  
  3. Tap the Backup button.
  4.  
  5. When the Share with Groups menu appears, tap the support group support set up for you (for example, Support: [Your Name]).
  6.  
  7. Tap Done.
  8.  
  9. Continue on with the Backup to finish uploading and sharing it.

Important: Use the full Backup for this, not the Send Shared Data option. To debug an issue, the team often needs to compare complete data sets (for example, your backup and another collaborator's), and only a full backup contains everything they need.
If you don't see a support group listed in the Share with Groups menu, let the support team know and they can set one up for your account.
