Out of nowhere I got an "unapproved purchase" message and all my feature tabs disappeared — only Settings and Help remain. My payment is fine. What do I do?This is a known App Store/StoreKit authentication hiccup that occasionally affects in-app subscriptions and purchases. Your payment is not the issue — the app simply lost the ability to verify your purchase in that session. Running Restore Purchases a second time almost always resolves it immediately. If the tabs do not reappear after the first restore attempt, force-close MovieSlate, reopen it, and run Restore Purchases once more. If the problem persists, make sure your device is signed into the correct Apple ID — the one used to originally purchase or subscribe to the Pro Features. |
