I had Pro Features but cancelled my subscription a long time ago. Now I want to resubscribe but it doesn't appear anywhere in my App Store subscriptions list. How do I get it back?
If your Pro Features subscription was cancelled more than approximately six months ago, Apple may no longer display it in your inactive subscriptions list — even though your purchase history is intact. Here's how to reactivate it: - First, make sure you're signed into the App Store with the same Apple ID that you used to originally purchase MovieSlate. If you use multiple Apple IDs, try each one.
- Open MovieSlate and tap Settings > MovieSlate Store.
- Scroll to the Pro Features section and tap the blue subscription button showing the price.
- Tap Subscribe and complete the subscription process as if purchasing for the first time.
- Apple's servers will recognize that you have a prior entitlement and activate Pro Features on your account. You should see a confirmation message and the Sound Dept tab will appear.
You will not be double-charged — Apple handles the re-subscription correctly for prior subscribers. If you encounter any billing questions, you can review your subscriptions directly in the App Store under Account > Subscriptions. |
