I had Pro Features but cancelled my subscription a long time ago. Now I want to resubscribe but it doesn't appear anywhere in my App Store subscriptions list. How do I get it back?

If your Pro Features subscription was cancelled more than approximately six months ago, Apple may no longer display it in your inactive subscriptions list — even though your purchase history is intact. Here's how to reactivate it:

  1. First, make sure you're signed into the App Store with the same Apple ID that you used to originally purchase MovieSlate. If you use multiple Apple IDs, try each one.
  2. Open MovieSlate and tap Settings > MovieSlate Store.
  3. Scroll to the Pro Features section and tap the blue subscription button showing the price.
  4. Tap Subscribe and complete the subscription process as if purchasing for the first time.
  5. Apple's servers will recognize that you have a prior entitlement and activate Pro Features on your account. You should see a confirmation message and the Sound Dept tab will appear.

You will not be double-charged — Apple handles the re-subscription correctly for prior subscribers. If you encounter any billing questions, you can review your subscriptions directly in the App Store under Account > Subscriptions.
