I've used the Member Share feature to send a project to a colleague but they have not received the email with their Share Code, what can I do?

First make sure that you've entered the correct email address for your colleague.

If your colleague does not already have a MovieSlate Cloud account they will have to register and activate their account before they will be able to download your shared project(s).

Member Share emails are sent as soon as you complete the sharing process in MovieSlate. If your recipient has not received the Share email within five minutes please ask them check their spam/junk folders or filters.
