I need to go back into a previous episode to fix something in its breakdown, then return to the episode I'm currently shooting. As long as I haven't deleted the old project, how do I switch between them?

As long as you didn't delete the previous episode's project, all of its data is still there and you can switch back to it, make your edits, and return to your current episode whenever you like.
To open the previous episode:

1. From the Script Dept setup screen, tap the PROD field.
2. Tap Choose a Project.
3. Tap the older episode you need. MovieSlate loads that project's data.
4. Tap Breakdown Script to make your edits to that episode's breakdown.
