When I started the breakdown for a new episode, all the work from the previous episode is showing up in the new episode's History. How do I start a new episode cleanly without carrying over the old data?

This happens when a new episode is started by editing the Episode number on an existing project rather than creating a separate project. If you tap PROD, tap Edit Project, and just change the Episode number, MovieSlate thinks you are renaming the same episode — so all of that episode's data stays attached and carries over.
The correct way to start a new episode:

1. Tap PROD.
2. Choose New Project (to start empty) or Clone a Project (to reuse settings without the logged data).
