I want my estimated scene timing to show up in my report, but I can't find an option for it in the Progress Report. How do I include it?

The Progress Report has never included estimated timing — there isn't an option to add it there.
The report you may be looking for is the Progress Breakdown report, which does include the estimated timing. When you generate or export your report, choose Progress Breakdown instead of Progress Report and the estimated timing will be included.
