I purchased MovieSlate Pro Features a long time ago but I can't remember which Apple ID or email address I used. Can PureBlend look up my purchase and restore it for me?
Unfortunately, we're not able to look up your purchase for you. Apple does not provide app developers with customer names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information — so there is no database on our end that we can consult. The good news is you don't need to know which Apple ID you used. Apple handles all of this automatically through the App Store: - Open MovieSlate and tap Settings > MovieSlate Store.
- In the Restore Purchases section at the top, tap the blue Restore button.
- The App Store may prompt you for your Apple ID credentials. Enter them when asked.
- Apple's receipt servers will verify your purchase history and MovieSlate will automatically activate any Pro Features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases on that account.
If you have multiple Apple IDs, try each one. Once Pro Features are recognized, new tabs will appear in the tab bar and a confirmation notice will be displayed. |
