Why do I need to enter two email addresses when I sign up?

We request that you register with your primary and alternate email addresses to help ensure that if you loose access to your primary email you can reset your account using your secondary email address.

This also helps make sure you can "self-help" when we're not able to offer customer support exactly when you need it or on a tight schedule.
